Byung-Han Ahn (42nd, 34th Judicial Training Institute), a lawyer at Hanbyul Law Firm, recently published 'Royce's Economic Law (Hermes)'.
This book is a test book for bar exam preparers and contains major issues and legal doctrines related to antitrust and consumer law. The book is divided into six categories, including 'General Fair Trade Law' and 'Consumer Protection Law', and five categories, including 'Basic Consumer Law', to explain the meaning, theory, and related cases in an easy-to-understand manner.
"I decided to publish this book because I heard that law students often give up choosing economic law because there are not many abbreviated textbooks or introductory books for the examination," said Ahn. "I hope this book will help arouse their understanding and interest in economic law."
