Kim Yong Won, a Partner at Hanbyul, along with Kang Rae Hyuk, Park Dong Kyun, and Jung Sang Young, attended the 2014. 11.(Nov. 15.∼17.), 2014 in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, to attend the ECLA Legal Seminar and Partner Representative Meeting in China. In this meeting, Mr. Kim Yong-won introduced the recent Korean government's public utility investment immigration program to Chinese lawyers and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation with Chinese law firms regarding Chinese investment immigration.

 

In addition, experts from lawyers, government, finance and other fields presented and answered questions on the latest legal issues, government policy directions and trends in practice related to China's financial law.
