- •Represented members of a local housing association, cash liquidators of a maintenance business association, and owners of project sites in various litigation and conservation disposition cases, including lawsuits for the return of share payments, lawsuits for the increase of loss compensation, applications for permission to convene extraordinary general meetings, and disputes over the validity of resolutions of general meetings or boards of directors.
- •Represented various service companies, business agencies, etc. in various litigation, conservation disposition, and advisory matters, including litigation of unjust enrichment claims, defense of contract termination, etc.
- •Conducted various lawsuits related to the delegation of management groups under the Collective Buildings Act and tenants' representative councils under the Apartment Building Management Act, preservation of positions due to related internal disputes, and various lawsuits to confirm the invalidity of resolutions such as dismissal, or preliminary injunctions such as restraining orders.
- •Acted on behalf of management companies, service companies, etc. to litigate claims for various unpaid service fees, contract management fees, etc. on behalf of management entities, management companies, etc.
General Criminal Litigation
- •Representation of clients in the prosecution and defense of various criminal cases, including economic crimes such as business embezzlement, fraud, and violations of special laws; violations of special laws related to construction and real estate, such as the Basic Construction Industry Act, the Urban Development and Housing Act, and the Real Estate Agency Act; and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation).
