General Civil Litigation

  • •Confirmation of worker status and invalidation of dismissal (representation of company and employee)

  • •Suit to revoke a corporate tax penalty
  • •Lawsuit to overturn suspension of nursing facility
  • •2018. Responded to constitutional lawsuits, including a lawsuit to confirm the unconstitutionality of granting extra points to career counselors during the 7th and 9th grade civil service examinations.
