Kim Sung-woo, Jeon Hong-keun, Jeon Hong-geun, and Ahn Byeong-han were appointed as the exclusive legal advisors to the National Cancer Center in connection with the introduction of a stand-alone compact proton therapy machine with an equipment budget of approximately 20 billion won on August 17, 2020. During this project, we will provide legal advice on RFP (Request For Proposal) preparation, contracts, and other matters related to the introduction of a stand-alone compact proton therapy machine, and we expect that our firm will play a leading role in all legal advice related to the introduction of expensive medical equipment in the future.
