◀VCR▶

If an arrest warrant is issued and you do not respond to it and do not cooperate at all, the prosecution will be stopped and you will be subject to U.S.-Korea extradition.

At the request of the United States, he will be subject to extradition proceedings through the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Justice, and will be forcibly repatriated if he is found guilty of extradition.

However, in reality, it is unclear whether the claim will be successful and it is doubtful that it will even be tried in Korea, as it takes a lot of time and procedures to go through the entire process.
